WHAT IS THE TISSWIT PROJECT?
A volunteer program based on exchange, learning, and coexistenceEl Proyecto Tisswit es una experiencia de voluntariado que tiene lugar cada verano en un pequeño pueblo del Atlas Medio de Marruecos. Durante varias semanas, voluntarios y voluntarias conviven con la comunidad local mientras desarrollan actividades educativas, lúdicas y culturales con los niños y niñas del pueblo.
Más que un programa de ayuda puntual, el proyecto nace como un espacio de encuentro entre personas de diferentes realidades , donde compartir tiempo, conocimientos y experiencias.
Pero Tisswit es también algo más profundo: una oportunidad para mirar otras realidades de cerca, cuestionar nuestras propias perspectivas y descubrir todo lo que puede surgir cuando las personas se encuentran desde el respeto y la curiosidad.
HOW IS THE PROJECT ORGANIZED?
Structure, shifts, and small groups for quality guidance.
The camp takes place during July and August, in two-week shifts, allowing for close and personalized follow-up with each group.
Each fortnight has a maximum of 15 volunteers, favoring a small format that facilitates individual attention, activity coordination, and authentic interaction with the children of the village.
To work effectively, groups are organized by age, adapting educational, recreational, and cultural activities to each stage. This ensures that each participant, child or volunteer, learns, shares, and feels meaningfully supported.
Mornings are dedicated to structured classes and educational dynamics at the school, while afternoons include creative workshops, games, and shared activities that promote self-esteem, cooperation, and creativity.

Cada actividad fomenta un intercambio real de conocimientos y culturas , promoviendo la comunicación, la colaboración y la empatía. We work with educational and playful activities tailored by age. The mornings are dedicated to structured classes and activities, while the afternoons include creative workshops, games, and social time. This approach strengthens each child’s self-esteem, confidence, and social skills.
